Welcome to another newsletter.

This newsletter is very late, mainly due to the fact that a lot of what was going to be said was based on the progress of various projects which have unforunately been delayed. It is these projects I would like to talk about so that people know whats going on.

DRM Blisters
The situation:

I am sure you have all noticed by now that there is a difference between the numbers specified for the relevant formations within the force organisation documents and the blister packaging.

Since it has a great affect on the way armies play within the game, I felt that the force organisation charts should represent each race correctly even if formations had more or less than what was in the blisters we sell. I also felt it was necessary that we kept the characteristics, depth and feel we have for each force rather than everything seem the same with the formation sizes across the board.

If you are wondering why it wasnt thought of before, the answer is simple. The project was initially for miniatures only and not a game. The game is only around because people asked for a great game to accompany great miniatures, so here we are, hopefully, fulfilling that request! Now we just need to tidy up things in order for people to get on and play.

So what does that mean to you? Well, I wanted to change the blisters so that people could buy the correct formations without having extras. Judging by the feedback I got, people are also in agreement and the sooner the better.

Packaging Change

With the new packaging complete for the Majestic and Human dropship (they were crammed into blisters). These are remaining the same price and will be distributed in boxes instead of the over-packed blisters from now on.

In addition to this, the following tables show what else will be affected in this rather mammoth re-packaging of our ranges. So vehicles first:

New Miniatures & Repackaging release
Repackagaing our ranges actually mean re-moulding them too in many cases, hence its such a big task!

A new release was scheduled for end of August/beginning of September and although I had been assured that the repackaging and remoulding would not affect the schedule its done exactly that. The vehicles have been done and will be available soon, but the new release and the remoulds for the infantry are still held up at the casters. I am afraid I can only let you know more as soon as I know whats happening. Until that time the old blisters are available as usual, and of course, the army deals will remain the bargains that they are.

So what happens to those who bought some of the old blisters affected by the change?

Well, those that want to, can email me for the separate models whether they be infantry or vehicles. It must be a minimum £5 order for this service as time required to sort out orders like these will be relatively high.

I will invoice you personally for the individual models, hence this will not be available on the website.

This offer will only be temporary so if you need the models please dont wait too long before you come to me and ask for them. I will give everyone some warning as to when this option is no longer available.

I do apologise for the disruption and hope that you understand. Hopefully the caster will catch up & the delays will not be too long!
