There are several ways to order items from Dark Realm Miniatures.

UK Customers
Customers in the United Kingdom can place an order in our online shop. Currently the shop is configured to accept payment via Paypal only. Please note that even if you do not have a Paypal account you can still place an order - through the Paypal portal - using almost any credit card.

All orders dispatched within the UK are calculated by weight and is automatically worked out with the use of the Royal Mail database the shopping cart is plugged into. This is much more accurate compared to the 10% charge that was used which, while it was cheaper in some cases did vary in its accuracy.

For those of you in the U.K. who wish to make an order and make payment via cheque, please check the total postage via the website and send your order and cheque to the following address:

Cheques should be made out to Dark Realm Miniatures Ltd. Orders via this method will be sent as soon as the cheque clears.

Overseas Customers
If you wish to place an order from overseas you have a number of choices. You can, of course, place an order through our online system exactly as described above for UK customers. As stated above postage is worked out based on weight and uses the Royal Mail service.

You also have the option of using one of our overseas suppliers. Please check our list of suppliers for retailers closer to home.

Postage Queries
I have had a number of queries regarding how much postage would cost to be sent to various countries. While I dont know the answer to that question, you can log in and select your order and go to the check out section. You will get a price as to how much you would be charged for the order to be sent to you.
